1970 Chevy C10 Pickup CST model, 396 big block, 750 holley carb. Just got truck and started rebuilding it.

I just got this truck, it will take a couple years to get it where I want it because of money and time. Me and my Dad are starting on the body work from the front to the back. We may need a bed but not sure yet.
Neither of us are body men or paint but we are going to try. Any advice that anyone can get would be a big help. Thanks, Tommy
