Great Truck. Always loved them. Had a 72 shortbed step side, but man, it was rotted to hell from these Pa. winters. I see you are familiar with Emmaus, Pa. My 56 ford f-100 was sold to a gentlemen in Sinking Springs, If my memory suits me. He owned a trucking company, Koch trucking. Lost touch with him over the last few years. the western smoothies always look FINE on these old f-100's. It looks like you a well on your way to a cool ride. Currently working on the fuel injection conversion for my ford, using an 86 mustang 5.0 with a c4 trans.. Good luck with your ride and Keep on Truckin'

listen man, bruce 60 is right about your truck being a hard year to deal with ! I personally know that because I owned one until I went to chevy.every book for parts seems to skip 1968 when you really need a oem part.again thanks for sharing your ride with me ....great job/keep on truckin

Great looking truck. Love the work on the interior and motor. I wanted to find out what size wheel and tire you have on the truck (front and rear). Looks great. I am working on a '77 F-150. Thanks.

man that is one nice 68. i used to own a 68 long bed it had a 429 and c6 out of a 72 ltd in it .it ran pretty good it was a faded blue. the wife and i took some rubbing compound and shined the ol ford up front bumper and grill and rear bumpers were white.. lol i had to chain the left side of the motor to the frame because i kept breaking motor mounts after 2 i figured it was time to do somthing..well any way sir you have a nice looking truck if you get a chance go by and see my 76f150 on here ..well gotta go
