I bought the panel in Lyon's, Oregon that use to belong to Doc Lavender. Story goes that he was severly handy capped but built a race car named the chicken coop many years ago.I guess he was know well in the NW. Rubbing some of the primer off the side there is a logo. Lebenon Leading florist. That all I know but like to find out more. The panel now reside in Salem, Oregon. DMV states that the last record for tags was in 1976.
