This is my 63 LB, this truck was given to me when I was 16.  I've always had big dreams for it but as a kid there was no money to put into it.  Now 12 years later I am married with a house and kids so there still isnt much to put into it.  I did go about 8 years with it just sitting in the yard, but have been bringing it back to life.
Eventually it will be layed out on bags, 20" wheels with decent rubber on the road.  My ultimate goal is to go with a LS based motor, really looking into 6.0 out of an escalade or 2500 pickup.  With a few bolt ons should be easy to get 400hp or better.  Currently run a worn out 350 out of a 79 camaro mated to a turbo350 into a 10 bolt rear with 4.11 gears.
Body will be mostly shaved, nothing too extreme.  I love the factory lines of the truck and do not want to alter them.  As I can accumulate the proper tools I am capable of doing all the body work and will be starting shortly.  I live in Reno, NV, home of Hot August Nights!  I look foward to my kids growing up, helping dad work on his truck, and enjoying the great classic car shows!
